All orders contain an environmental contribution of EUR 3,90 incl. VAT.
Due to several external factors, we have chosen to set a fixed environmental contribution regardless of the size of the order in order to make it transparent.
The eco surcharge contribution is calculated on the basis of the environmental costs that Petlux is expected to cover annually as a whole and covers among other:
- Environmental fees that are imposed on us by GLS, Bring and other freight providers
- Environmental fees and charges justified by environmental considerations, imposed by our product suppliers.
- Whenever possible, use reusable packaging, tape and fillings, which result in higher costs for us.
- Correct sorting of waste in accordance with legislation
- Changing fees for electricity and CO2 taxes.
